I brought them a wool rug that had been through a lot—my dog had been sick, and I truly thought the urine stains and smell were beyond saving. I was ready to throw it out. But Nolan, the owner, worked his magic! The stains are completely unnoticeable now, and the odor is completely gone. It smells fresh and looks beautiful again. Nathan's prices were lower than the other two companies in the Milwaukie-Portland area, and he cleaned and dried our handmade wool rug within 3 days of when we dropped it off.  He educated us about how the rug had been made and how he would go about cleaning and drying it, and that helped us to appreciate the value of the cost of that service.  We also bought a high-quality waterproof rug pad from him, which he cut to the correct size for our rug.  I will definitely take our other wool rugs to him when the time comes to clean them. He also brings years of experience about all facets of upholstery and carpet. In 2020 we bought two beautiful, off-white matching couches for our living room and then we added a dog to the household. And, the best part is he steam cleaned some of my couches and I don't know if he has different equipment or technique or what, but he did a much better job than couch cleaners I have hired in the past. With other cleaners, the same couch would be weirdly soaked and wrinkled and have a weird chemical smell for days. With Nolan, it didn't have a smell at all, looked super clean and amazingly dried really fast! Will definitely hire him again!!
